Galapagos: Baltra | Floreana | Isabela | Santa Cruz  (5 days)


Day 1
Baltra - Seymur or Plazas  
Arrival at Baltra and start a boat excursion to visit one of the following Islands:
Seymour North, to see blue-footed boobies and many frigate birds
Plaza Sur, with sea-lion colonies and many species of tropic birds.
Lunch on board of the boat, dinner in Puerto Ayora and overnight. Before dinner listen to a first lecture about Charles Darwin’s journeys.
Day 2
Floreana - Isabela
In the morning visit of the highlands of Floreana Island. A 2-3 hour hike leads through the stunning vegetation of the island to the pirate caves. Lunch in local restaurant. Afterwards swimming, snorkelling and relaxing at the beach “Bahia Negra”. In the afternoon transfer by speed boat to Isabela island. Lecture about Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution. Dinner at hotel.
Day 3
Isabela
In the morning visit of the impressive formed rock “Tintoreras”. Short boat trip at the sea to observe Whitetip reef sharks. In the afternoon visit of the Galápagos National Parks Giant Tortoise Breeding Centre. Lunch and dinner at the hotel. Lecture about Darwins journeys.
Day 4
Santa Cruz - Darwin Station
Transfer by boat to Santa Cruz Island. Visit of the Highlands and stop at the Twin Craters. After lunch in a typical hacienda, visit of the Charles Darwin Research Centre. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 5
Baltra
