Santiago de Chile
  
Arrival in Santiago de Chile and transfer to the hotel.
day 2
Santiago de Chile
Half day city tour incl. visit to the Pre-Colombian Art Museum. Half day excursion to the Maipo Valley to visit the winery Concha y Toro incl. wine tasting.
day 3
Santiago - Calama - San Pedro
Transfer to the airport and flight to Calama. Transfer to San Pedro de Atacama inclusive visit to the church of Chiu Chiu, the ruins Pukara de Lasana and the moon valley en route.
day 4
San Pedro
City tour inclusive visit to the Atacama desert and Toconao. Continue to Pukara de Quitor and Salar de Atacama.
day 5
San Pedro - Villamar
Bus transfer to Villamar in Bolivia. En route visit of the Green and Red Lagoon. Dinner at the hotel.
day 6
Villamar - Uyuni
Bus transfer to Uyuni with visit of Rocks Valley and Alota Village. Lunch at Fish Island, located in the centre part of the salt flat of Uyuni. Continue to Uyuni incl. visit of Colchani Village.
day 7
Uyuni - Potosí
Transfer to Potosí. Half day city tour and visit of the museum Casa de la Moneda.
day 8
Potosí - La Paz
Visit of one of the famous colonial silver mines. Afterwards transfer to La Paz.
day 9
La Paz
Half day excursion to visit the ruins of Tiwanaku. In the afternoon half day city tour of La Paz incl. visit of the Moon Valley.
day 10
La Paz - Sonneninsel - Puno
Transfer to Chua and catamaran ride on Lake Titicaca incl. visit of Sun Island and lunch on board. Visit of Copacabana and bus transfer to Puno in Peru.
day 11
Puno - Cuzco
Full day panoramic bus journey from Puno to Cuzco along the Andean plateau.
day 12
Cuzco
Half day city tour incl. visit of the ruins around Cuzco.
day 13
Cuzco - Machu Picchu - Cuzco
Full day excursion with the Orient Express Vistadom train to Machu Picchu. Guided visit of the ruin site.
day 14
Cuzco - Pto Maldonado - Tambopata
Transfer to the airport and flight to Puerto Maldonado in the rainforest. Short city tour and boat transfer to the Refugio Amazonas Lodge. Jungle excursion, dinner and overnight at the lodge.
day 15
Tambopata
Excursion to the parrot clay lick and the monkey island. Canoe ride on Lake Sandoval and wildlife observation. Full board and overnight at the lodge.
day 16 Tambopata - Pto Maldonado - Lima  
 
Return to the airport of Puerto Maldonado and flight to Lima. Transfer to the hotel.
  
day 17 Lima
